This is my 3rd or 4th time here at Gerber Valparaiso. Their professional conduct is beyond excellent. After they know you for awhile they simply make you feel like one of them but at the same time they retain that professional business conduct. Outstanding work, great staff, they always go the extra mile - Why would someone want to go elsewhere? I never will. I will always promote Gerber Valparaiso.

You guy did an excellent job with working on my vehicle and I really appreciate all that you've done for me in the past years. You're manager was such a wonderful help with absolutely everything that I needed and had all the answers before I could even ask my question, you're the also the fastest body shop that I've ever had the chance to experience. Service was better than I expected. It seems anymore that customer service is not a top priority but I was happy to see it still exists. Everyone was polite and on top of every aspect of my repair. My car looks great and was even vacuumed clean inside.
