Everything was the best from start to finish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the first time in my life that a repair shop did not fall in love with my vehicle and keep it for an extended stay. I would just like to write that Gerber Collision is simply the BEST!! When I dropped my vehicle off, I was told it would be ready in 8 days. My car was ready in 3!!! The work that was done on my vechicle looked just like new. I have a 2009 crossover vehicle and I am very pleased with the work they did. I would recommend them to anybody and if I ever needed repair, I will definitely go back. Great Job and Don't Stop!!!!!!!

My experience at Gerber was excellent. Especially the staff Bob and Kim was very understanding about the circumstances that caused the accident. They both worked w/ me throughout the whole process so believe me when I say they are the best. The work results are flawless so I recommend.

OMG! I was blown away by the workmanship and the above and beyond customer service I received. Not only does my fender look like new, the inside was obviously detailed, not only wiped down but I do believe the carpets were shampooed, and the car washed. Unbelievable!! On a scale of 1 -10 for workmanship and the time I was without my car, I give you an 11 and on the same scale for fantastic customer service from start to finish, this team gets a 12.
