The Merrillviile Gerber team was wonderful!!! Very kind and helpful. They repaired my car faster then they estimated, kept me informed on what they were doing with it and it looks better than new! I just got my car back today and already recommended them to a friend.

Gerber’s service was exceptional. My brand new manufacturer bumper was installed within a day. However, when the bumper they installed did not fit properly they ordered another one for me and the second one fit wonderfully. Our daughter had used Gerber after she was also hit, and was very happy with her repairs and the time it took. We would all highly recommend Gerber. The staff was very considerate, pleasant and professional.

My car was done 18 days earlier than originally predicted and it looks great! I appreciated the email updates from Brandi. The day of the accident, Gerber was very helpful and made the stress easier to handle - called Enterprise for me, contacted my ins agent, etc. Just a very good experience and it was nice to have such wonderful customer service!

Aaron and the staff at the Merrillville Gerber Collision & Glass were fantastic!! Recently had to take my truck in due to hitting an obstruction on I-65 and what could have been a horrible experience was great. The staff went up and above to ensure I was satisfied with the service and my truck came out great. Would recommend to anyone that they should take their car to Gerber, they care about their customers.
