These people went over and above what I expected. I pulled into my hotel in Chesterton Indiana. 0n Tuesday and contacted them the next morning at 8:00 am. I had backed into a post while traveling in Ohio(I'm from Houston Texas) and was wanting to have my car fixed so I could get back on the road. They had my car fixed by friday afternoon and cleaned up and delivered back to me by 5:00 p.m. I was astounded by the quick turnaround. Not only did they take me back to my hotel, but they picked me up that Friday. These people are very professional and make you feel like you are a part of their family. They even texted me progress reports on where they were in the completion of the work. Not only would I recommend this facility ,but would gladly use it agin if the need should arise. The staff was very courteous and professional,especially Mr Joe Bortz, estimator. The office decor was most attractive also.
