My car was hit as I was leaving the parking lot in Highland IN. The driver of the car has insurance with Affirmative. My Gerber consultant was Mr. George Conner, an excellent, patient and concerned person. After numerous contacts with Affirmative two checks were issued and the work was completed on my car. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber to anyone in need of auto repair service. As far as insurance companies go, Affirmative would never be included in that or any other recommendation.

I wanted to contact you about the wonderful service I recently experienced at your Highland store. I wanted to let you know that Rick Williams and his staff went above and beyond to get my car returned to me in time despite some delays on a part so that I could have my car back in time for my son's wedding last weekend. Please convey to them again on behalf of myself and my husband how much we appreciated their efforts. We have had repair work done there in the past and like this most recent visit have been very pleased with the service we have received and do not hesitate to refer others to your business.
