Gerber Collision & Glass did an excellent job in painting my pickup cap. It looks like a brand new cap. Randy was very good in explaining the job that had to be done and the time it would take to complete. They also kept me informed on their progress in completing the work.

I was kept informed of progress of work by phone and email. Work on my car was done ahead of schedule. We have been driving the vehicle, and it is performing great. At the time of pick up, personnel went over every detail.

Best price, quick service, great customer relations!! Got several estimates for the collision work I needed done on my car, and Gerber in Merrillville gave me the best price, hands down. Dropped my car off on Monday morning and it was ready to be picked up on Wednesday at noon. The customer service was excellent! They called me on Tuesday to give me an update on the progress of my car. When I picked it up, they had washed it and vacuumed out the inside of it as well. Very happy with the quality of service I received. Would definitely use them again!

Very impressed with the work that was done to my damaged 2010 Honda Civic and the service. The car looks great. The service was really good as well. I was set up with a very nice rental vehicle and I was updated every few days on how the car was coming. Any time your car is damaged, it is not a great experience. Gerber made things much smoother with their excellent work.

Excellent service from initial contact to final completion. I am comfortable that efforts were made to give us the best quote and that needed additional repairs were made in an honest and fair manner. The work was done in a timely fashion and the car was returned when promised. To our surprise the car had been totally cleaned on the INSIDE, a nice added touch and one that will be remembered. Would I return? You bet.
