I was kept informed about the progress of my car being repaired and was treated like I was the most important customer Gerber had. I really appreciate that. Gerber has renewed my faith that some companies do value their customers and that customer service is a priority. Thank You so much!

I was pleased with Gerber's work the last time I needed repairs and this time they were fantastic. My 2004 Nissan Maxima could pass for "brand new." I will always refer Gerber Collision & Glass. I am completely satisfied.

Due to a good experience at another Gerber location, after I was in an accident, Gerber was the first place i went for an estimate. They were also the place I got the work done after 4 other estimates all higher than at Gerber. Plus, Gerber gave me a free rental to use for the week while they worked on my car. No where else offered this service. I was originally told the repairs would be done starting monday and not be completed until Friday that week. However, i received a surprise phone call on Wednesday saying the car was done! Not only was Gerber the cheapest repair shop i visited, but also the most professional, courteous, and quick repair shop i could ask for. And on top of all this, the repair job looks perfect. With the perfect paint match and spotless dent removal, it looks better than ever. They also worked with me to bring the ... cost down as I was not filing with an insurance company.
