Everyone at Gerber was so welcoming from the minute I arrived to the minute I left after getting my car. I have never gotten the level of service as I did from the Highland TEAM. They called to let me know my estimated damages, called to let me know the progress of my car and then again letting me know it was ready. Very Awesome TEAM in Highland, IN. Thank you all again and have a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

My car was vandilized. Window broken, truck lock broke, dentsd in side panels, battery area tore up, battery stolen. I was so stressed over this. As soon as Gerber was notified, a very nice young fellow came and picked up my car. He even cleaned out the snow in front of my car to load it. I went to the center to fill out paperwork and the courteous young lady at the desk showed concern for my dilemma. Mr. Robert A. talked to me about my car and I felt very confident that I left my car in good hands. I was called regularly with updates on the progress. I was so satisfied when I picked up my car. It looked brand new in the places that they repaired. It was also vacuumed out and washed. I will recommend them always. Thank you so much.

Customer service seems to be a dying quality for many companies I have to deal with, both personally and professionally. So my experience with the Highland, Indiana Gerber Collision facility was a pleasant surprise. From Danielle at the front desk with her valuable advice, to Scott who did the initial appraisal, to Sean (who did his job admirably despite the shock of just turning 40!) and to Rick, the general manager, I honestly could not have asked for a more professional and pleasant experience. I highly recommend their service.

Everyone at the company was very helpful and friendly. I didn't have to wait for service. I had to rent a vehicle and the lady at the desk took me to get a car. The car was ready when they said it would be and I received phone calls updating me on the repairs.

This was the second time I had Gerber collision take care of my automobile. They are excellent in the service that was given. They keep you updated on whatever is being done to the car and they explain and show you what was done to the car when you go pick it up. They do an excellent job. If the opportunity arises again I will call Gerber again. Keep up the good work. I rate it a definite 5.

I give them 5 stars. The did a excellent job repairing my vehicle. It looked like brand new. I was also surprised to see that they even cleaned the inside of my vehicle which I must say needed done badly. The employees were very friendly and made sure I understood everything they fixed on my car. The general manager was very involved which impressed me because usually they are behind closed doors and you normally don't see them. I would definatley go back there for any future needs.

I am very satisfied with the collision work I received & also the customer service. I was greeted with smiles. Everybody was friendly from Scott the estimator all the way down to the receptionist. They did excellent work & got me back in my Impala in 2days. I will be referring everybody I know who needs work to them & if I need more repair work done I will be back at Gerber
