The service during my collision repair was phenomenal! I was kept up to date on the days they said they would call. When I went to retrieve my vehicle, I was walked through all the repairs that were made. My car looked practically brand new! The care the team took to not only repair my vehicle, but also clean it, surpassed any expectations I had when I dropped it off. I'm very glad I chose Gerber from my insurance's list!

I had a good experience at Gerber, my estimator was Bob S. and with a one out of ten rating i would give him a ten. I hope to never need collision repair ever again,but if i do Gerber is the place i will go to.

The team in merrillville are great they took care of me and my car makeing me feel compfortable from the begining.They were professional and handled my case in a timely manner.My car was restored back to what it lookef like before my accident and I grateful for that. I know there are only 5 stars but i'll give em a 10.
