A town snowplow hit my parked Subaru, causing ~$3K of damage on the left quarter. Liberty Mutual directed me to Gerber. From there, it was thoughtful, fast, and a GREAT service-oriented experience. GM Ron B. runs an impressive operation. He's organized, efficient, and knows his stuff. He and his team are 100% service-oriented, updating me every other day. The repair job is perfect, and my vehicle was cleaned inside and out. I'm pleased to provide this highly positive customer review.
