Exemplary work! I was especially impressed that the staff took the time to update the progress of my vehicle repair at each step of the process via text. I got my 9 year old minivan back and it looked like new! It was so clean inside and out, that I could barely believe my eyes or nose, it even had a new car smell! Gerber was the only "positive" aspect of my accident. They allowed me to drop off my vehicle with minimal notice (as I was leaving for vacation) while they were already booked. Further, they completed the repairs one day early. They even completed several "touch-ups" for no additional charge! Thanks Gerber! I will recommend you every chance I get :)

I would give them 10 stars if possible. The repair work was excellent, I could not be happier with the total service package. The repairs were completed faster than promised and the car had been cleaned and washed. This is an example all business' should aspire to.
