Thanks to Michael for going above and beyond my expectations! I was able to get my car back in less than a week. I stopped in on Saturday about an hour before closing with no appointment. He stayed past closing to submit my estimate & order parts. To have someone stay over their scheduled time, especially on a Saturday not only gave me a "wow" experience but I'm positive that helped me get back in my car faster. My car looks like it did before my accident. I'm definitely going to recommend Gerber & Michael to anyone I know needing work done. Thank you!

They did an AMAZING job on my car. They gave me updates every so often and got my car done by the date they said it would be done! I had some minor issues with it and spoke with Michael Riehle. Took it to him and he immediately took care of the issue!! He was more than helpful and did an outstanding job! I will recommend everyone to have work done there!! Hands down best service I have ever received!! Thanks so much!!

Service from start was excellent. Constant updates. Car looks great - great job. Hard to replace a door and match paint to a vehicle that is 12 years old. I would fully recommend them to my friends and family. I myself went their on the recommendation of my son who had some work done there. Best advertisement for a business is satisfied customers and word of mouth. Also was impressed with the cost - very responsible - did not feel like I was getting ripped off.

Just picked up my car today from Gerber collision and glass on U.S. 41 in Schererville Indiana & they did an amazing job repairing the severe damage caused by a drunk driver smashing into the rear of my parked car! It is beautiful and it drives like new! Since they had to replace the rear hatch door, they even took the extra step to take out the my old glass on the door and swapped it with the other glass to save all my Dave Matthews Band stickers and they also saved my Dave Matthews Band curricular metal Badge Emblem right above the Pontiac Torrent badge where the crash was! Since they knew that I was a HUGE Dave Matthews Band & have seen almost 200 dMb shows, them taking that extra step to save my Dave Matthews Band stuff on my car meant a great deal to me & showed me that they really care about their customers & take ... read more
