Rick W., General Manager at this Gerber location, is a great customer service professional. His expertise and human decency made my auto collision repair experience, in which I began with guarded reservations, excellent. The Gerber feedback via text and on the telephone represented first rate communication feedback. This is very important for me since I need my vehicle for work. If I have or know of any future needs of friends & family, I look forward to future business with Gerber at this location. Of course, I hope Rick will remain there with his talented team of Gerber associates. (Kyle included).

Having my less than a month old new car dinged in a parking lot was heart breaking. The silver lining was the experience I had with Gerber Collision and glass. The staff are kind, courteous, and professional and the repair they performed looks first rate, very well done. The repair was completed on time and communication was prompt and thorough. I'm hard to impress but the folks at Gerber have done it and I'll definitely see them if their services are needed in the future. There's a reason Subaru Of America uses them for repair of their own vehicles. Highly recommended.
