I greatly appreciate Michael attention to detail. I was shook up over the accident and he assured me that he would take care of my vehicle. That I needed not to worry. Communicated with me each step of the way and delivered my vehicle a day of head what was estimated. Lady at the front desk greeted me and help me right away! The staff at Gerber Fairfield are all top of the line. I was treated like the president from beginning to end and the work itself reflected what you would provide to the president. I great to know you can find a shop that you can trust and count on and never have to shop around. I've been here 3 different occasions and the service, professionalism, and quality has never waivered! Michael & Mike are professional all the way. My car was damaged and believe it or not they made the entire experience a pleasure even though it cost me money.

I am so pleased with the work Gerber Collision did on my vehicle. It looks even better than it did before the accident. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I will be telling all of my friends about you. As a single woman I was so happy to get the hottest body man in the shop to work on my vehicle. Wonderful Work! Car looks AMAZING!!! Work was done perfectly! And when I went to pick it up it was washed, cleaned, vacuumed and looks waxed!!!! BEAUTIFUL! ...looks brand new!!! They were wonderful!
