I have never had a better experience with getting my car fixed then with Gerber Collision! Every single one of the team members there were amazing and awesome to talk to. At first there was a mistake made by the people doing the labor, but it was fixed and the price of the total cost went down because of it. I was pleased that the company saw the mistake and didn't hesitate to fix it and make it a little more convenient for myself and my pockets.

I had occasion to use the Auto Body service recently and found the service to be excellent. From the receptionist to the gentleman who handled my claim, etc. I could not have been more pleased. These people are truly professionals. They even arranged for my rental vehicle while my repairs were made.

i had a wonderful experience at this Gerber in portage IN. for one this was my first accident. i took my car in for a quote all the staff was very helpful and got me a quote very quickly. After i got the ok from my insurance to get the work done i took my car back the following day i did not know i had to make an appointment to get it fix. they told me that they where two weeks out for my car to get fixed wich was not good cause i had already got a rental car. then the receptionist said hold on she went and talked to the gm joseph b. when she came back she said that they would take my car even tho i had not made a appointment and they had so much work before my car. i am very grateful for them going above and beyond to get my car in and fixed. they got my car fixed in two days and when i picked it up today and it looked better then the ... read more

Great job, not only did they fix the car more quickly than scheduled, they buffed out the foggy headlights so they were no longer foggy. Above and beyond expectation! Most definitely would return and would recommend to friends.
