Chad did a great job following up and honoring the original estimate written by Twin City while guaranteeing the proper repairs were completed. My situation was unique as I had a prior windshield claim that Lafayette Glass replaced but in doing so they scratched the paint all around the edge of the roof. The claim and payment was then thru Lafayette Glass. Lafayette glass was included on the repair estimate to R&I the windshield to give them the opportunity to be a part of the solution and reduce their cost. I appreciate Chad working thru some of the confusion and questions with Lafayette Glass and ensuring a quality repair was completed. Thanks.

Very good service provided. Was informed about everything that was taking place with my vehicle. The employees were very helpful and friendly. Answered all questions. Went over the repairs with me and showed concern. I will definitely recommend them to others. The wait time was awesome. Was taken care of in a very timely manner. Nobody goes to a auto body shop because something good has happened. Either their car is damaged or they are simply unhappy with something about the car and want it fixed. So daily, employees at Gerber have to deal with people who have recently been made unhappy for some reason or another. That's a lot of stress on people and can be a rough atmosphere to work in. Well, for the second time in as many months I found myself to be one of those upset customers that needed the services of of Gerber Collision Center. And once again the folks at Gerber have been there with kind, professional attitudes and equally professional performance! The work was done in a timely manner and could not tell what had been painted, the paint matched perfectly. Bob S. answered all my concerns and all office personnel were very courteous and office very clean. I would recommend this facility for their honesty, work ethic and making me feel my car would be A-1, it was. Thanks for having a great team. Keep up the excellent service.

Rick has a very friendly staff at this location. He himself is a very people person. Will give you right advice and the work is also top quality. I took my Mercedes to get some body work done and the price was very reasonable and I got my car back day before it was promised. Special shout out to Danielle at the front desk for her great customer service skills. Great job Gerber team. Keep up the good work. I will definitely recommend this shop to everybody who is in need of body or glass work done.

Due to circumstances out of their control, it did take almost four weeks for my car to be fixed. BUT, I could have not asked for better customer service. Michael kept me informed and was always honest, never did he give me the "run around" like a lot places will do when things don't go as planned. In addition to that, he went above and beyond by helping with the rental car payment. And after four weeks of driving a rental car the bill was pretty steep. I've never had an auto body shop do that, ever! I really hope to never see you guys again but knowing my luck I'm sure I will. Because there's no other place I'd even think of going to that takes such great care of my car AND me. Thank you for reminding me that FANTASIC customer service does still exist.
