I have had the experience of dealing with Gerber on several occasions. My experience with Gerber has always been excellent and professional with the staff as well as the repair service. needed on both of my vehicles. I would always prefer them when it comes to repairs if needed. If I know of anyone that requires any type of repairs I would be more than happen to refer them to Gerber Collision & Glass.

The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My repairs were completed well ahead of the date promised, and Gerber kept me informed as the process moved forward. I was very pleased with how my car looked and performed when the repairs were finished; the technicians were very skilled. It was like getting a new car. Gerber also worked well with my insurance company. The whole experience was outstanding.

It's been a long time since I need a collision repair shop, but from what I remember, they were nothing like this. Gerber, Kevin and staff made this as close to a enjoyable experience as you can have from hail damage. It was nice to actually have a business listen and not pretend.
