They kept me updated every step of the way and finished my car exactly when they said they would. They even cleaned and vacuumed out the inside. Love that their work comes with a lifetime guarantee so I don't have to worry about a thing! I would recommend them to anyone.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Gerber in Westfield, IN. The work was excellent and the customer service was phenomenal. This was my first experience with a body shop and an insurance claim and everyone made it so easy. From the estimate, to contacting the insurance company, to arranging the rental car; everyone I worked with was friendly, helpful, and professional. The car looks brand new and to top it off they cleaned out the inside. They even removed the gum wrappers I kept meaning to get to but hadn't made time for. I didn't expect this at all, but it was a wonderful surprise. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing work done and, though I hope I don't need to, I would for sure bring my car back in for more body work if needed. Thank you so much!
