Great service! The whole process was wonderful! Someone backed into my car, and they didn't have insurance, so it was very frustrating. But at every single turn, each person was professional, kind, and simply nice! Since I had to turn my rental in before the car was done, they were nice enough to bring the car to me! Very, very good experience! While I never hope to have to use your services again, if I need to, I will definitely come there, and recommend to others!

I chose this exact location after a recommendation from a friend who got her car fixed here. She really liked the work and the time it took to get her car back! Overall, my experience was so much easier than dealing with the insurance company, they made it so easy for me. They answered any questions I had in detail and I left feeling like a weight was finally lifted off of my shoulders. I never felt that I was an inconvenience or a bother to them. From the receptionists that I had to speak with to the estimator, the customer service couldn't have been better!

I just want to thank everyone at Valpariso and Chesterton for caring about me not only as a customer but as a person. My beautiful pearl white Buick lacrosse was a mess and when i got it back it looks brand new. But not only that i went to the wrong shop (Valpariso) had already turned my car in and the manager made sure i got over there to Chesterton. Don gave me a ride there when he was suppose to be off his shift....the staff over at Chesterton stayed over 30 min past their shift so o can pick up my car......thanks everyone who helped me that day. You guys are the best.
