I am so impress with Gerber Collision, they were so nice and really cared about us. Made sure that everything was done right and kept us updated on the work on our truck. Finished a week earlier than predicted. Trying to help us save on our car rental. I will most definitely let my friends and family members to contact a Gerber office first for their repairs. Ryan and Tracey at the Valparaiso office were great just to talk to and showing that they really cared about me and that all was taken care of. Thank you very much!

Master in charge of the management and repair work of our van, and who has done a great job of communicating, managing and completing the needed repairs of our 2005 Toyota, that started every since our accident of March 12th, 2016. With the insurance companies each reviewing the causes of the accident, and Toyota's repair companies working on the many details determining what damages were actually caused by the accident, and which ones were not, made completing this project a bit complicated. But with the Gerber repair company being involved, and having Mike at the helm and Sharon running the front desk, gave Jill and I the comfort of knowing that everything would turn out just right! And as such, we picked up our van as scheduled and it has been running and looking better every since! The car looked great, drove great and runs great now. I am very impressed with Gerber not only for the work on the car but how professional everything was handled. Katie was such a welcoming first impression when you walked through the door. Mason communicated with me through out the process every step of the way. I wish my insurance company worked as hard to take care of us as Mason did. Finally Caleb the GM did a walk through with us upon handing us the car keys. It was crystal clear that all the personnel at Gerber Collision at Westfield take their job seriously and act with professionalism and courtesy that you do not see these days on a regular basis. The service crew did a great job on repairing my car and did it very efficiently! The staff was very helpful and kind through the whole repair process, and did their best to make me feel comfortable when I came in the office. They got the job done in a timely manner and my car looks great! They even provided a ride home for me once I dropped off my car and offered to pick me up when my car was repaired. This is a great company to work with because the people are so generous and helpful! I would recommend anyone who needs repairs to use Gerber Collision.
