Everyone at this location was very helpful, accommodating and courteous. Several people told updated us while we were waiting for the vehicle to be finished and the front desk person was able to help us immediately when we realize we forgot something in the rental car. Rick was very helpful and talked to us for a few minutes. We will use Gerber Collision again if needed!
