Rick W. is very professional and personable with his customers. I see how he is with other as well as me. Knowledgeable about the whole process and learned how things are done.The rest of the staff is unbelievable with their customer service and would highly recommend this Gerber location to anyone who needs work done. I wish I would give more stars, the whole staff deserves it.

The team was great and replaced my broken antenna very quickly! I had gotten a quote from another body shop (the other shop estimated over 3 hours work to drill out the old broken off antenna, and expecting the replacement to cost over $300), but Gerber has better tools and completed the job in half an hour, which saved me a lot of money! Thank you!
