Just need to take a moment to thank you guys for great service. An unfortunate rear end collision had me sent to Gerber for a repair, and I start to finish was taken care of. Frequent updates and friendly people, they even noticed some non-collision related marks on the bumber and fixed those too. Would highly recommend.

Several delays plagued the repair, most beyond their control, and I am finally picking back up my car this morning. Once I made clear I wanted to be in direct contact with them, things were clearly communicated and the staff were very accommodating. They even offered to drive me to work this morning when there was a delay in receiving my car this morning. I work an hour away, so I know the offer to drive me to work would have been an inconvenience to them. Luckily I had time to wait so I am relaxing in their lobby for my vehicle to be ready.

I was very pleased with the repair of my Honda Pilot. It didn't take as long as I thought and was completed 2 days before the date they originally gave me. Dan took the time to explain the whole process and the repairs and parts needed. He was friendly and professional. It went very smoothly, no surprises or delays. I loved the updates I received with text messaging from them. I felt informed and it was convenient. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
