I have been dealing with Nick for the last couple of months and he has gone far above and beyond with the repair to our son's vehicle and the customer service that he provides. Nick is a genuine asset to your company at a time when there are not a lot of people who put forth the work ethics, follow up and service skills that he has provided us.

I went in to have some damage to my car door evaluated. As a walk- in, I was surprised that one of the staff was able to look at my car within two minutes. He fixed the problem with the door in less than a minute, and did not charge me anything. I had some problems with a different Gerber location in Elgin during the past year, but this location is top of the line. I highly recommend the service at this particular location.

We had our 2007 Toyota repaired on 8/31/21. Irene K. was the estimator and primary contact person throughout the repair process during which time she was cordial, professional and communicative. Our insurance company categorized the damage as a "total" but we chose to have Gerber complete the repair anyway. We are totally happy with the results.

This is my second time using Gerbers in Champaign Il and once again I am so glad I did. To say they care to please the customer is an understatement. Paul, Kim and the staff there went above and beyond to give me class A service. AND retuned our van to us in pristine condition ( including a good cleaning !). I highly recommend Gerbers on Bloomington Road in Champaign for anyone who is needing collision repair in central Illinois.
