Gerber did an amazing job taking hail dents out of our Ford Edge. You can't tell they were ever there. Customer service was also excellent.

I was scheduled to get an estimate for damage from a minor accident. When I arrived for my appointment I was assisted by Rebecca. She was able to fix the damage immediately. She went out of her way to make sure everything was corrected. Thank you Rebecca for such outstanding service.

The repair on quarter panel and bumper looks great and Chris Freihaut is pleasant, knowledgeable, responsive, and the antidote to the crude, stupid, and incompetent "customer service" I too often encounter. Plus, Chris has a cool hairdo. (I should add that Chris managed to get the car finished within one week, and the shop was busy). I have no hesitation recommending this shop, especially if you get to deal with Chris (I don't mean to diss any other claims agents there, it's just that I have no experience with them). The other employees I met, from front desk to the body shop itself, were similarly pleasant, competent, and courteous. Dr. Stark

Excellent in estimating, courtesy, and workmanship. Our insurance is Allstate, but State Farm was the company of the insured who damaged our car. Gerber arranged with Enterprise car rental for our use of a rental car. Very helpful.

This collision facility is wonderful. The staff was greeted me with warm and friendly smiles, front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful she broke down the cost and repairs in terms that I understood, they also contacted me with updated information from start to finish of repairs, they went above and beyond to paint my mirror even though it was not part of the repairs. Gerber on southwest highway deserves to be honored for the excellent service that was provided to me, I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank You Gerber Collison for your warm greeting and friendly smiles. My car now look brand new because of you guys.
