Chris at Gerber Halsted was amazing! He was able to find used glass and a used mirror to fix all of the broken windows in my car, and took the time to make sure they were installed correctly. All of the pieces of broken glass were cleaned up, and my car looks brand new! Thanks so much Chris and the rest of the Gerber collision team!

The service was outstanding. When I arrived I was assisted very quickly and efficiently. The claims agent James quickly assessed the car and gave me a very detailed explaination of the assessed damage. The best part was the car would be ready in three days and they were able to finish in two days. this was great and the car looked great too.

Sam is the Man! Sam Rihani provided service that went above and beyond. His friendly, open attitude is an asset to Gerber. In addition, over the years, Chris and all the staff have simply excelled in everything they do. I have used Gerber five times and have recommended Gerber countless times to friends. You just can't do better than the team on Halsted.
