Joe was extremely responsive to my request for an estimate and gave me a thorough explanation of the work entailed. He offered 2 options of repair and did not pressure me to make a quick decision. I decided to use Gerber and Joe to perform the repair to my car and was very pleased with the turnaround time and price. Joe did not charge me for the work. Given the situation, I appreciate Joe's professional assessment of the damage and his approach to a solution.

Unfortunately in the last 6 months we have had to use Gerber services twice, however, we are so happy we knew of Gerber. The people are always friendly, courteous, efficient and accommodating. The service is prompt and professional. We will definitely recommend Gerber to family and friends.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME AROUND FOR ME COMING TO GURBER . IVE BEEN TO MANY PLACES BEFORE . i WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WITH HOW THE FOLKS AT GURBER DISTINGUISHES THEMSELVES FROM ALL THE OTHERS WITH THERE TIMELY SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM, DAVE CALLED ME MULTIPLE TIMES THROUGH OUT THE SERVICE WITH UPDATES. AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. ALSO THE HAVE HAD THE QUICKEST TURN AROUND FOR REPAIRS THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED . THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME AND IM HAPPY TO SAY THAT IT HELD TRUE FOR THIS SECOND TIME. THATS QUALITY WITH CONSISTANCY IN MY BOOK . I WORK IN THE SERVICE INDRUSTRY AND KNOW HOW IMPORTANT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOU GROUP HERE AT THE SKOKIE SHOP, THEY ARE GETTING IT DONE.

Mike and Jen were outstanding to work with from the start. Jen was polite and courteous and took the time to explain every detail before and after the work was done. Mike not only fixed the damage but went above and beyond to ensure my whole truck was made beautiful inside and out. The paint is fantastic. Friends who stopped by were amazed at how good it looked. Great job Body Shop Guys! Not to mention, Enterprise picked me up on time with no hassle at all. Mike kept me up to date on the progress and all the work was completed on time. I picked my truck up on a very windy, cold day and Mike took the time to do a walk through all of the work that was done. Couldn't have asked for more!

I brought my car in without an appointment. Tony Ashmore immediately provided me with an estimate and told me he could have the work completed in 2 days. The next afternoon I received a call that my car was ready. The work looked great and tony explained what had been done. Good job.

Repair was done quickly and professionally. Brian Radz provided a quick estimate and kept us informed on work progress. Work was finished ahead of promised date. Repair work was impeccable and auto was returned washed and waxed.

Gerber & their staff are phenomenal! Elise Lewandowski is on the top of her game...when the insurance company handling my claim was giving me the run-around, she stayed calm, listened to my concerns and went above and beyond what any repair shop I've ever dealt with before has done. She got a hold of the insurance company and got to the bottom of the situation!!! Can you believe that!!! I am so impressed!!! When I was concerned about not being able to find the car rental, there was Elise again with the address & phone number of a local agency! When I got my car back, not only was the damged mirror replaced & door painted-both perfectly, but the salty mess of a car that I brought in was cleaned both inside and out. Sam was AMAZING!!!! It is never fun to have to turn over your keys, get a rental, and have work done on your car, BUT Sam made it worth while. The car looks brand new and we could not be happier with your customer service. We will definitely use Gerber (exclcusively) for all body repairs and recommend your company to friends/family :)
