Jason H. yesterday took the time out of his busy day to repair some minor cosmetic damage on my van. The damage is barely visible now. I am so happy with the results! And he didn't even charge me anything! I will certainly use Gerber Collision and Glass for all my future needs! Thank you Jason!

My Mazda 3 had some cosmetic damage on the front bumper and grille. It wasn't much but we wanted it buffed and painted. The estimator gave us a very fair quote and the gal at the front was very nice and hospitable. The entire process was seamless and professional. Once I received the repairs car, I couldn't have been happier with the job they did. They made it look brand spanking new and you'd never know it needed cosmetic repairs on the front. Thanks for everything you did for my Mazda. I appreciate it.

I brought my car in for a minor repair and Chay S. helped me. He came right out to look at my car and offered to pull it into the back and try to buff out the marks right then. Within about five minutes he brought my car back and the marks were gone! He didn't charge me anything; I was so grateful for the quick service and kindness. Also, the woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly, both when I made my appointment and when I was there. I really appreciate the service she and Chay provided.

I went in to have some damage to my car door evaluated. As a walk- in, I was surprised that one of the staff was able to look at my car within two minutes. He fixed the problem with the door in less than a minute, and did not charge me anything. I had some problems with a different Gerber location in Elgin during the past year, but this location is top of the line. I highly recommend the service at this particular location.
