I have spoken with Jeff throughout the process of my work at Gerber. I chose this Gerber because I have heard of the excellent customer service that Gerber has to offer and that they do amazing work. I have expierenced both of those things on the South Route 59 location in Naperville, IL. Jeff answered all of my questions and was always patient when I did not understand what was happening with my car. (I have never been through this before.) They called me every Tues and Thursday to do follow ups and made sure I knew what was happening in the process of the vehicle. I believe her name is Pamela, (she works at the front desk, I'm sorry if her name is wrong) was always helpful and friendly on the phone. Over the years, I have had lots of collision repairs from several sources but my most recent repairs from Gerber's of Elmhurst has truly been the best ever. I'm not just talking collision repair but also the personnel such as Paul Pennella, adjuster and Lacey, secretary who are two great people doing a fantastic job. "I brought my car in thinking it would cost hundreds of dollars to fix a huge scratch I had put in the drivers side door. Gary Wilmoth came out, looked at my car and said let me see if I can't just buff those scratches out? 15 min later, my car looked great and the scratches were gone. When I asked him what that would cost me, Gary replied, "nothing at all Mame, it was an easy fix...no charge to you". The fact that Gary took the time to resolve my issue and did not charge me for his time was a rare thing. My husband and I have used Gerber for years and will never change services. David Martinez took very good care of me from start to finish. He kept me up to date with all the repairs on my car and was spot on with estimated time and cost. hopefully i wont wreck my car again, but if i do i will be sure to bring it back to Davis and the people of Gerber Collision.
