I WAS HIT IN MY FRONT DRIVERS SIDE FENDER AND DOOR. THE OTHER GUYS INSURANCE SENT OUT AN ADJUSTER AND SENT ME AN ESTIMATE AND I BROUGHT IT IN TO GERBER ON FOREST HILLS FOR REPAIR. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM IN THE PAST AND KNEW I COULD COUNT ON THEM TO TAKE CARE OF MY CAR. FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN I WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND PROFESSIONALISM. THE ESTIMATOR WAS VERY THOROUGH AND WROTE OUT A DETAILED ESTIMATE AND I WAS GIVEN AN EIGHT DAY TURN AROUND TIME. I RECEIVED SEVERAL CALLS DURING THE REPAIR TO KEEP ME UP TO DATE WITH THE REPAIR PROCESS AND ABOUT A WEEK AFTER DROPPING MY CAR OFF THE REPAIRS WERE FINISHED AND I PICKED UP MY CAR. THE WORK DONE LOOKED OUTSTANDING (I KNEW I WOULD RECEIVE NOTHING LESS) THEY EVEN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND DETAILED THE CAR AND FIXED ANOTHER DENT ON MY DOOR THAT WAS NOT PART OF THE ... read more

My Chevy 2002 Trail Blazer was in for collision repairs in October 2010 and in April 2011 in noticed some of the paint was coming off on the passenger door. When I returned to Gerber in Schaumburg, Illinois to talk about what was happening, the production manager Joe Azzano assisted me and the problem was quickly resolved and repaired. Joe was extremely professional and courteous, a pleasure to work with. He turned an otherwise negative experience into a positive one.

We are very pleased with the repair that Gerber provided on our 2001 Lincoln continental. The car looks as good as new, and we know that even though the frame was distorted, it has been restored to it's original position and is safe to drive.

I am very happy with the repairs and didn't have to wait long for my car. I also like the idea that Gerber called me with play by play on what's going on with my car. Thank You Gerber!!!
