I found Gerber to be extremely attentive and perfectionists when it came to detail. My car now looks brand new inside and out. It has been a pleasurable experience even though these situations typically are not. The customer service I received from Tony at the Glenview location was impeccable.

I was equally impressed with the quality of the customer service and the quality of the work to my vehicle. Craig was so helpful and friendly, and Mike hurried the job along for me so I could make my out of town trip in my own car. The receptionist was very friendly as well. What a great group of people. THIS is how customer service should be and they nailed it!

The folks at Gerber Auto Repair in the Norwood Park Neighborhood of Chicago were great from the start of the repair process up to the conclusion. They are friendly, respectful, and proffesional. The repairs to my vehicle are top notch. I will recommend Gerber to my family and friends, for any future auto body repairs.

I was very impressed with the professional service I received at Gerber. They handled all of the correspondence with the Insurance Company, arranged a rental vehicle, and finished the repairs quickly. It was hassle free and they did a great job! They also took care of some follow-up work I requested!

"I would not have believed there was any way that you could make "your 16 year old son driving your Suburban into your house" a good experience, but amazingly they did it. Unfortunately, I've had to go to Gerber quite a few times since I bought my new car in 2005. However, I've been fortunate enough to have Andi there to guide me each time I, or my family, goes in. It's never easy after an accident, but Andi is always supportive and stays in touch with me every step of the way. I'm a repeat customer and even though I've moved, I still go to Gerber! Now, with the start of my new family, we'll be Gerber customers as well :-)
