This was the 2nd time I had my car repaired at Gerber (separate accidents) and they were great to work with each time. They kept me updated throughout the process and handled all the work very professionally. The staff even made getting a rental car and returning it as easy as possible. Though I hope to not see them again soon, I found the experience of getting my car repaired to be a lot easier than I ever thought it would be - all thanks to the great staff at Gerber!

Gerber and their employees in the Glenview location were very helpful when discussing my car and what needed to be fixed with it. If something in the future happens to my car I will return here without question.

Jim Heitzman did an excellent job in handling the repair of our car. He truly knows his job and performs it in an outstanding manner. He was great to work with and kept us well informed as to the status of our car repair. It was a pleasure working with him.

My Estimator, Jim Heitzman, did an excellent job in arranging for my car to be properly repaired and ready to drive out in 2 days! He was courteous and effective. The young woman at the desk was well spoken, cordial and polished. The paperwork was completed promptly and I was happily on my way. Couldn't ask for more! I would certainly recommend Gerber (I have done so in the past) for any collision repair as well as glass work.

"We had used Gerber Collision repairs services "several times" when our children were teenage drivers. We have since relocated to the opposite side of the city of Chicago and have changed insurance companies. After a recent one car collision that was my fault, I was unfamiliar with any body shops or repair services in the north suburbs of Chicago. I found a Gerber repair shop online and was relieved when my new insurance carrier approved their services without having to get multiple estimates. Having dented a new Lexus CT200h (with a body style that had only been on the market for 2 months) I was pleased that Gerber was able to find parts and complete the repair as promised in a timely fashion. I would not consider using anyone but Gerber for future repairs. They are the best."
