When it comes to car repairs I've always been a hard critic because u hear so much negativity about being ripped off. I'm also HUGE on customer service, and I WILL write a negative review in a heartbeat. So with that said, I have to say I was really impressed this time with both the customer service AND body repair work of Gerber. I've always used Gerber, satisfied everytime. No big deal as I expect this anyway. But this last time I have to say was exceptional. The staff (especially Jeff, Bob and....the girl behind the front desk..I forgot her name!..blond-ish, coupla piercings, very personable) was so nice and accomodating. I had quite a bit done on my car. Had it returned looking beautiful, vacuumed and washed too. The whole experience with Gerber from start to finish has surpassed all of my expectations. Hieu Le was true to his word and kept me updated daily. The repairs were done with the best care and craftmanship. My vehicle was returned to me and you could not tell that it was ever damaged. The crew did a remarkable job, right down to cleaning the vehicle inside and out befor I picked it up. Total satisfaction and then some!

The Estimator (James Heitzman) inspected the damage to my RAV 4 and gave me a fair assessment of cost for parts and repair. The work was done before the time estimated. The car looked brand new again!
