I am very happy with the work done by Gerber Collision and Glass. However, I am very very happy with the person that took care of all of my concerns in handling my car. I feel that this person went beyond to call of his job. His personal care is GREATLY appreciated. If I have the chance to recommend a facility to anyone, because of Jim (James), and the service that he delivered, I will ALWAYS recommend Geber Collision and Glass.

Unfortunately, I am a repeat customer, but as always, Gerber on Northwest Highway in Chicago did an awesome job on my car. Although they are not one of my insurance company's preferred providers, I once again chose them, and am very pleased with the results. The staff was courteous and efficient. And Andi Molina made an otherwise unpleasant situation much easier to contend with. Thank you Gerber on Northwest Highway! I would recommend you to anyone!

I had a damage in the bumper. they replaced bumper as well as they buffed scraches on the fender too. Paint job exellent and customer service is promt curtious
