I had my 2 week old Honda Pilot hit with a tree branch after a storm and was livid. The dents were in odd spots and I thought there was no way they would get fixed. Gerber (Pete) were awesome with getting my quote to me in a timely manner and taking care of my car. They even picked me up and dropped me off to make it easier (new guy Dan).

I came back to Gerber because of the good job David did last week. I did not appreciate the service that Loebers Motor in Lincolnwood gave me....I was given the run around and the service fee they quoted me was humongous ! Thank You, David!!!!

Excellent experience. Professional, courteous and pleasant. Brianna and Tony both provide excellent communication and service. The work was done fast and the results are like new! The process went seamlessly, the work was done faster than expected and I am very happy. This is my second experience with this Gerber center and it was again great. If one has to get a car repaired, this office makes it as painless as possible. I highly recommend.

My Estimator, Chris Freihaut, was extremely pleasant and helpful. He went above and beyond to be sure my experience with Gerber was more than satisfactory, This was not my first experience with Gerber. A couple of years ago they had to rebuild the entire front of my 1998 Cadillac Catera. Wonderful job.

I just picked up my car this morning and it looks GREAT! This is my first time in a very long time where I had to bring in my car for collision repairs and to my surprise the service rep Raul R. was awesome - everything he said regarding timing was right on from the estimate, receiving parts through completion. He was very professional and courteous. I hope my car never goes through having to be repaired again, but if it does I am definitely taking to Gerber. Thanks Raul - you rock!

Wonderful service. Very timely and professional. Jim took care of me at the Skokie location and he even got me a rental for the time it took to fix my car! I will definitly be back in the future for all my repair needs! Thank you so much!!!! =]

Jim did a great job looking after me from start to finish. The final costs were just a little more, but thankfully since I had USAA, it was a great partnership.
