Great painless repair. The work done was for hail damage repair. My car had way more dents and dings in it than I originally saw. Fortunately all the work was covered under comprehensive insurance. Car drop off was easy - got a ride home since I didn't need a loaner car. The work was eyeballed to take about three days. Middle of the first day got a call, there were parts to order and they were shooting for three days completion. I got nice text messages once a day giving me progress updates (they turned out to be super accurate and I got a good laugh over two of them). Work was completed exactly on time. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!! My car was in a wreck. I was hit from behind. I brought my car in the next day due to the insurance company taking care of everything. I brought my car in and i cant say enough about gerber. Initally they came high recommended, so that was the reason as to why i went with gerber to begin with.I felt like my car was in excellent hands. From beginning to the end john thomas, jose, and even the receptionist was of great service to me. I would recommednd gerber to anyone

Having an accident is bad enougth but between Statefarm and Gerber you had made this alot easier for my family. This was my sons (19) First accident and accident it was. driving to fast for conditions on a turn he slid into a sign. My son has finials at school and my Husband, mother and i all work. Having a free rent -a-car really helped. Having the car ready when promissed really helped alot. Cars works great , looks great. Thank you again especially to the receptionist and manager for all your help.

Bob and staff were amazing. They got me in immediately the next day for an estimate and worked with me on scheduling a repair around my schedule. They were so kind, helpful, and prompt, I can't say enough good things. I would recommend Gerber highly to anyone, this shop in particular!

I'm really pleased with the work that was done on my 2011 acura tsx. i've been going to this body shop for years, and i continue to use this location because my cause always looks like new after the do the work. i was impressed with how quickly i was able to get my car back even though there were parts that had to be ordered. Eric the manager also helped me with advice on what to do with a minor scuff on my bumper as well that i really appreciated. i also really appreciate the complementary car rental while my car was being worked on.

My front bumper came dislodged on one side and the plastic liner was rubbing against a tire. I called on a Saturday afternoon and was told I could bring my car in first thing on Monday. The person who met with me remembered my call and problem. After looking at the car he told me that to fix it properly could cost up to $500. After expaining that I hoped to replace my 11 year-old car soon, so didn't want to invest that much, he offered to stabilize the bumper. He did this while I waited, and at no cost! I really appreciated his willingness to offer this different solution.

"I was very pleased with the work that was done by the staff of the Gerber Collision and Glass on Estes Avenue in Schaumburg, Illinois. For the record, the work they did on my 1997 Honda Del Sol was neither collision repair (no accident; just gradual deterioration) nor glass repair. Instead, they repaired the closing/latching/misalignment of my driver side door and fixed the multiple "mini dents" on my passenger side door. and I paid for everything out of pocket. Not only did they fix the doors, but their extra effort in cleaning the interior and exterior of the car nearly transformed it back to its original 1997 appearance! I am very pleased with the outcome and I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber to friends and family."

I recommend this Schaumburg location for anyone who needs their vehicles repaired after an accident. Kudos to Joe Azzano who took ever effort to ensure that I walked out a happy customer.
