Brought our van in after driver's side window jammed open. Matt looked it over, recognized the problem and offered a temporary solution. While working on it, he figured out a way to completely repair the window and did so. Thank you Gerber Collision and Glass and Matt, Tim O.

I brought my dodge caravan in for repair after an accident. I was looking for some were local and reliable to take it to and decided on gerber. I dropped my car off at 8:30am on Monday morning and it was done at 11:00am on wednesday. They took the time to tslk to me when I dropped off the car and picked it up. I also need my windshield replaced and asked for an estimate and they were really quick to let me know. Every thing looked really good they did a nice job. There is also an enterprise right next to them which is really nice. Overall I'm really happy with my experance with them and will definitely go to them again if need be in the future.

Peter Sadalski was the estimator. He was very professional and thorough in his explanations. He was excellent. You are lucky to have him as your employee. Marci Nowicki, who works in the office, was extremely helpful. She is an excellent example of efficiency, blended with a caring personality.

My car was in a real bad accident, I'm talking about unrecognizable. This was a month ago. Gerber Auto Body got my car looking like nothing ever happened to it, and they used ACTUAL MAZDA parts, not aftermarket parts. They gave me a lifetime warranty for the repairs. Also, my major concern was to get the car looking like nothing ever happened to it, and on a timely manner... To say the least, Gerber delivered, and had the car back to new less than the estimated time frame!!! Gerber Auto Body is freaking amazing!! I would def reccommend Gerber to ANY of my friends/family for AWESOME and TIMELY repairs! The best part, someone from the shop called every Tuesday and Thursday for the past month to keep me updated on the status of my car!!!! THANK YOU GERBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLIMENT THE STAFF AT GERBER FOR THERE ATTENTIVENESS, AND COMMITMENT TO TIME AND COMMUNICATION. THEY CONTACTED US EACH STEP OF THE WAY VIA PHONE CALLS,TEXT MESSAGES, AND EMAILS. THEY WERE GREAT FROM THE ADJUSTOR, RECEP[TIONIST, AND THE REPAIR SPECIALIST. I WILL RECOMEND GERBER'S SERVICES TO EVERYONE i CAN. THE STAFF IS TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. GREAT JOB

My son recently was involved in an automobile accident. After this accident, the car was not driveable and we were referred to the above captioned Gerber Collision Shop by Carnica Auto Body in Bensenville, Illinois. I cannot express in words how trully grateful I am for the unsurpassed excellent service provided by your technician, Paul. Not only were the repairs done to the vehicle of high quality, they exceeded our expectations. In addition, you are trully blessed to have an employee such as Paul representing your company. This was a very difficult and upsetting accident. The true kindness and honesty that Paul expressed will be forever remembered.
