My experience with Gerber personnel, start to finish, was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, friendly, and amazingly sincerely customer-focused. USAA, Gerber, and Enterprise have a well-oiled process in place that makes everything so smooth and effortless for the customer. The repairs were top notch, of course, as well. Finding this kind of focus on customer satisfaction is, sadly, not the norm these days. But it is at Gerber (and USAA and Enterprise)! Special kudos to Tim and Josh....well done, gentlemen!!

The lady at the front desk was extremely nice both when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up. The manager there was also very friendly. The person who cleaned my car after it was repaired did an exceptionally good job. I don't think my car was that clean when I first bought it. The people who repaired my car also did a very good job. It was as if I was never in an accident. So I give the overall experience an A+. Everyone there did a great job, and I will definitely recommend this location to everyone I know. Thank you.

I had previously used the services of Gerber. Once more I was very satisfied with the service and the workmanship. The explanation of the estimate for the job was so thorough and detailed that, once completed, the only question I had was “When can you start?” The staff took the car immediately and had it ready in just two days, as promised. Without a doubt, I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing auto body repair services. Ruben F.

Customer Service was great. I was always inform on the progress of the repair. The car looks great and was deliver on time. If anyone I know ever needs any collision Repair or Auto Glass Repair I will tell them to use Gerber at 4545 N. Elston. Again great Customer Services.

David Martinez was an Excellent Salesperson._x000D_ He made me feel that every step of the repair to my Nissan X-terra was to my exact detail even if the insurance company's did not care about aftermarket parts. He made shure Gerber did it right!! I would highly recommend him to all my friends in need of Paint, Body work, or even wear and tear on their suspension, to David Martinez. His word is gold and so is Gerbers.

I brought my car in for an estimate on 3/20/13 and Joe Pyter was the Estimator. He was so very kind and came up with the best possible solution to to fix my car at a very low cost to me. The whole Gerber team at this location treated me with such kindness and respect. Next time we need a dent repair this location will be where we bring our cars.
