This was the third time I had work done at this location, but the first time that it was the result of a major accident. My experience was very positive. Each time I called, the phone was answered courteously and transferred promptly. The gentleman handling my case, Francisco, was knowledgeable and courteous. I felt he went out of his way to help me. My repairs were extensive and he kept me informed on the progress. I picked up my car yesterday and was pleased with the result. Thank you to all the staff.

Don Hauser, Mike Ambriz, and Larry Rampick were outstanding in carrying out their professional responsibilities after my recent accident. Don Explained everything about his estimate, Larry did outstanding work (as usual), and the manager even buffed out a spot during the final inspection. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone who needed body or glass work. As usual, I am very happy with the final outcome.

Bob James was exceptional and the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. God forbid I have another accident, but if I do - I'm having my repairs done at Gerber. The work is flawless. Literally looks like a brand new bumper fresh from the assembly line.

Service was great!! They handled everything (and even gave me a ride home). They called me with every detail and status update. Never had to guess as to what was going on. They dealt with the insurance company that represented the guy who hit the car. You guys are the best. I'd give you a WOWW (Wonderful and Out of this World Wreck-a-mendation) service factor. I hope I don't need service again (i.e., another accident), but if I do, I will use Gerber.

The team at Gerber Collision was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, helpful to answer my questions and they turned my car around in just a few days. The car looks brand new as if nothing ever happened and it was returned to me washed up and with a smile. Using them also was a breeze as they had the rental car set up before I even had to ask. I would always trust the team at Gerber.

The work was great, the people were polite & friendly. There was enough text messages on the progress of the car. Most important it was done when promised. This experience was better than other body shops I have taken my cars before.

I had a great experience. I was hit by someone and it was a stressful experience. The person's insurance recommend Gerber and from then on they took care of everything. The people at Gerber were great and made the process much less stressful. My car looks great and it was done quickly. It was great with enterprise right there to pick and up drop off car.

Staff were Professional, maintained excellent communication about the repairs and plans for resolving the damage to my brand new car, work was completed in an expedient manner. All employees were wonderful and helpful. Have had collision repair work completed at this location on two different cars in the past year, always a very good experience with Gerber while having to deal with the unpleasant results of a collision.
