I'm a repeat customer, I had 2 vehicles repaired at the same time at this location last year and service was awesome. Someone sideswiped my car recently and didn't leave contact info, i didn't hesitate who I would get to repair my car. Everyone from the front desk, appraiser to the body techs were great! I will always have my work done at Gerberglass Collision & Glass.

Service was awesome they do a great job, great customer service! This is my second time here this past few months after my son got into an accident and both times the car was back to new!! Hieu was great and very understanding. Front desk service was very professional and helpful. I will always use gerber.

I initially was very upset about my car accident. But your representative for my repair, Raul R. was extremely caring and helpful. He texted me repair status updates just about every day. He got the job done a couple of days early, which was extremely helpful. I cannot say enough about him and Gerber. Your customer service is superb! I have also recommended a good friend whose car was just damaged to your shop.

Raul R. was great! He thoroughly explained the work that was done and walked me out to inspect the finished job. I am so happy that our SUV looks brand new again! I also really appreciated the complimentary car wash and that he had the foresight to ask me ahead of time if I had time to wait while they washed it. This is the second time that Gerber has done body work on our Mercedes GL 450 and both times the work has been phenomenal and the service excellent. Thank you!

Only complaint I had was excessive time Gerber quotes as to when the car will be completed. This I feel is to make it easy for Gerber to have car ready on time. Staff was excellent in the service and quality I received.
