I am extremely pleased with the customer service that i received from Estimator, Jack S., and the repairs to the car. I will definitely return for any future service requirements. Mr. S. explained everything, addressed all of my questions thoughtfully and allayed any concerns that I had. Jack was great about calling when the car was done, and it was done a day ahead of schedule! And to top it off, the day i dropped off the car there was an unseasonable/unexpected downpour - and Jack was very kind and lent me an umbrella, because i was going to be walking to the train. He did not even complain when i took several days to return it to him. Great customer service, great guy. You are lucky to have him.

Yay. I have my car back - minus the dents and scraps. After getting rather beat up in everyday city traffic and parking my 10-yr old Lexus needed body repair. I took it to Gerber because I knew I could trust them with my baby :). I was not disappointed. What I like most about the team is, in the end, they made sure I left with a smile. Yes I would go back and yes I would refer a friend. What more can you ask?
