Hieu L. did a fantastic job managing the servicing of our vehicle after it was damaged in a hail storm. The work was completed beautifully and on time. We would highly recommend Gerber to our friends and neighbors.

I just wanted to say that I had an excellent experience at Gerber Collision at the Orland Park location. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond for me. My car looks great, everything was completed in a timely manner and I was communicated with throughout the process. Great job!

I want to start by saying over the past 6 years or more I have brought my cars here for body work and the service has been excellent. I brought my car in today to get an estimate for some minor body work and instead of charging me for a very expensive paint job, he just took my car in the back and buffed out the scratches and recommended that I just get touch up paint to cover the very small few marks that were left. I must say that I love the honesty and the customer service at this place. This is a place that you can go to and not feel like you are being taken advantage of. He turned what could have been a $900 paint job easily into a quick fix. I always recommend this place to anybody I know who may need body work on their vehicles.

I can't believe how quickly the work on my car was estimated and completed! I was kept informed via text and phone calls and it only took 3 days. My car was returned freshly washed and as good as new! I couldn't be happier. The customer service was terrific and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend Gerber. Thank you.
