Not only was everyone extremely professional, but they were kind! I felt well informed all of the time on the status of my car and could always reach someone with questions. Staff went out of their way to ensure that the car was fixed perfectly and then took the extra step to deliver it to my home and pick up the rental when I could not make it out there. I am more than satisfied with my treatment. I will recommend them highly to colleagues and friends. I dealt with Tom mostly, he couldn't have been more helpful. A huge thank you for the delivery service!

The service was superior!! I instantly knew I was in great hands and the worries and stress of getting your car repaired were lifted. The entire staff was friendly even those not directly assigned to my case. They even called ahead to have an enterprise representative present, so I was in and out in minutes. The repairs were exceptional and fast!! My car repairs were completed well before the estimated time. I was as to pick it up the next day! I would definitely use and recommend Gerber Colision for any future car repairs! Thank you!!!

Don was very courteous and helpful. He kept me posted every other day re: progress of my car. I appreciated that. The repair of my car was excellent and I am very happy I brought my car to Gerber Collision. I certainly will recommend Gerber to anyone I know that needs your service.
