Fotunately, we don't need collision work done often, but when we do - it's always straight to Gerber; and this is why. We appreciated Mark S consultative approach while doing the estimate. He put himself in our shoes and discussed the best way to complete the work for maximum result and minimum cost. The work was done on time with no hidden add-ons. Work quality was excellent and done ahead of schedule.

Excellent service with Gerber Collision and glass! I greatly appreciated the reminder text messages, and everyone who helped me was extremely friendly and went above and beyond! I have a few minor dings and dents that are unrelated to the accident that I was in, and I will definitely be returning to this location to get it fixed. I will even recommend this location to any family or friends who need collision or auto body services! My entire experience was extremely enjoyable!!! Thank you!

Jesus D was my customer service estimator, he was so helpful helping me deal with a difficult situation. everyone who finds themselves involved in an accident feels a little traumatized and it was refreshing to have somebody who i felt was looking out for my interests and safety. he facilitated the expeditious repair of my vehicle and the costs of repair at gerber were significantly lower than if i went through toyota.
