The team was absolutely tremendous in fixing the damage, but the 5 star rating is truly because of their amazing customer service! I was recovering from surgery when the vehicle went in for repairs. Because I could not operate a vehicle, the team offered to drive the car to me once repairs were finished. Their generosity is so appreciated and I will be recommending this location to everyone I know!

I highly recommend this Gerber C&G location! I brought my car to be repaired after it was hit by someone at night on the street. My insurance worked with Gerber to help make the repairs possible and affordable for me since the other driver was never found! The front desk receptionist was very kind and courteous! The adjuster, Brad H. was very professional and went over every detail of the repairs! They updated me bi-weekly on the progress & when I picked up my vehicle, Brad walked me out & showed me the finished work! My car looked amazing and they had it completed in 1week!! Thank you Des Plaines Gerber!!!

Service was excellent and the repair looks like the car was brand new. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Was kept up to date on the repair status and best part was calling in and having a real person answer the phone rather than being stuck in a voice mail dungeon. Way to go Gerber Oak Forest!

One, if the not the most of the most reputable and credible auto repair providers I have ever brought my vehicle to. The Glenview GM treats you like you a childhood friend and that you grew up in the same neighborhood and both his parents and your parents were life long friends. Work is consistently done ahead of schedule and exceeds expectations. Gerber stands by their lifetime warranty. There is no one else in industry that offers lifetime warranty on body work (and sticks to it). Gerber collision and glass is industry leader.
