The people at Gerber were outstanding! From the associate who handled the estimate, to the counter associate, to the crew who did the repairs. The original estimate stated 2-3 days. The repair on my car was completed in one day! Hats off to this team of people at the Schaumburg, Il location. They were very courteous and customer focused. I was very impressed, and will definitely recommend them to others. Thanks.

Excellent and friendly service ! I went last minute because my passenger side window wouldn't roll up. They fit me in with no problem and serviced me immediately when I arrived. He got my window to come up and said no charge , and said eventually I would need a motor but for now it should work fine ! I was outta there in 15 minutes ! These guys definitely have my business in the future !!!!!

Everyone there was more than helpful. Margie and Kayla were more than helpful with everything!! Working with my insurance, getting me my rental, and keeping me informed as to how the repairs were going. The mechanics were very friendly! I really can't say enough about how great their service is!

Vehicle looks great some Items weren't taken care of but, Jesse D made me feel comfortable that he is going to address these items with Geico as im a claiment with them .
