I was so impressed with the level of customer service I receiveve from this place. I get update 24/7 on the status of the job on my car and I would strongly recommand anyone to that place. Lately you don't find many places who understands customers frustruations, but I surely can say this place makes think differemtly now.. So, great job!!!!

I brought my car in for a repair regarding fireworks damage. Dina handled the matter. Dina was able to have the damage buffed out and that solved the problem, no repairs were needed. I appreciate Dina's honesty and attention to detail. It makes bringing a car to this facility a very pleasant experience.

Let me tell you, Ivonne L. is wasting her talent estimating cars, she could be teaching classes on customer relations and services she is that good and her follow up is outstanding ,the whole experience was great,she even came to the car to make sure I was happy when I showed her something on my bumper she went back and got a rag and wiped it off with a rubbing compound Wow you don't see that everyday. My car was in for front and rear bumper damage. It was supposed to take 5 days and to my surprise it only took 2 days. Great work!

They came to my place of work the very next day to replace my shattered rear window. Jose did a great job and was very friendly and efficient. The interior was clean of all glass debris and the price was reasonable. I would certainly recommend Gerber to anyone in need of this type of service. Also, my husband had some collision damage repaired on his truck at the Aurora location. Not only did they do a beautiful job on the repairs, they detailed the interior which was loaded with dog hair. The inside looked brand new! Great job Gerber, keep up the good work!
