I am totally impress with all the staff that work there!! My car was hit by another driver while I was park and inside the restaurant!! The crew there at Gerber took care of all my needs and made sure the car was 100% repair. Jessica and her co-workers are awesome people!!!!

I couldn't even begin to explain how exemplary the customer service is at this location. From my first phone call through receiving the keys back this afternoon, the team at the Gerber Collision & Glass in Orland Park were in my corner. They helped me find a rental, they kept me updated on repairs, they even gave me personal phone calls to check in throughout the repair process so I was well informed of everything that was going on. They were more than kind, very polite, and were extremely open about what to expect when going through the process of repairing my vehicle. If I ever find myself in need of work on my car in the future, I'll be back to this location without fail. I will also be sending any family/friends to this specific location due to how well I was treated by this team. Also, I tried to rate 6 out of 5 stars but the ... system wouldn't let me? Perhaps throw a few more stars in there for how excellent this experience was. read more

My previous feedback picked up the wrong body shop>>>> They made my worst nightmare feel pleasant and my truck was repaired and looks great. I brought my car in for auto body repair on August 5. I was guaranteed that a rental car would be there for me to pick up at 8:00 a.m. There was a good 30 minute wait until I was told that I should go to Enterprise down the street and that they would have a car waiting for me. I waited another 25 minutes only to be given an SUV (I requested a car comparable to my Honda Civic). I took the SUV because I was already late for work. Enterprise brought me another vehicle to my work to exchange the same day. I picked up my vehicle on August 13. The entire inside of my car was covered with a layer of dust (air vents, inside center council and every crevice in between). My boyfriend informed me a day later that the hubcap and mud flap were still the damaged ones. I had to go back into Gerber on August 15th to show them the incomplete work. Jason ... was very helpful and promised to take care of everything and informed me that once the parts came in, they would contact me to fix these issues. He informed me that Gary did not include the mud flap, hubcap or wheel alignment on the original estimate but that he would remedy the situation right away. Ray was scheduled to pick up my vehicle from my work and drop it off today, August 22. Ray was very professional and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with not only the work that was done on the parts but that the cleanliness of the car was up to my standards. John, the individual who cleaned my car did an impeccable job and made sure that the inside of my car was spotless from any of the dust that the car may have gotten while in the shop. I didn't have the best first experience with Gerber. If it wasn't for Jason, Ray and John doing such a wonderful job to make sure I left a happy customer, I would probably never go to Gerber again. You need more employees like them working for you to ensure that your reputation as a reputable company stays intact. Laura (receptionist) and Tony C. made my worse nightmare feel pleasant. They both have excellent people skills and made by experience a little less hectic. They both keep me informed and help beyond my expectations. I pickup my truck today and she is perfect.... I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs body or glass service. I had an outstanding experience with the people at this auto body repair center. I had read reviews before stopping in for my estimate, and from the friendly and efficient service on my initial visit, I decided to not look any further. I am so glad I did! The scratch repair on the driver's side door was finished the same day I took it in, three days ahead of schedule! It looks as good as new, and the cost was also very reasonable. I could not have been more pleased, and I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat.

Excellent service, waited less than 15min for a estimate. I made the appointment to get it fix. Came in dropped it off they had a rental car ready for me. They called to let me know they had started it and call when it was done. When I came to pick it up they walked it with me and I was out the door in less than 10 min. I will definitely use them again if needed.
