The team at this Gerber is fantastic! Everyone greets you with a smile, which helps cause when you need their services you aren't always in a great mood. The service goes above and beyond for their customers. My car was done BEFORE promised, how often do you see that happen? They communicate whats going on with your car as they repair it. I cant say enough about this Gerber, I highly recommend them.

Great Service! June, the receptionist got me an estimate without an appointment. She was great! Mark was excellent is preparing the estimate and scheduling a date to drop off my car to be repaired. Everyone at the shop were very courteous, professional, and helpful. I would recommend Gerber in Palatine, Illinois to anyone.

About a month ago I had a minor accident. Someone suggested I go to Gerber for this repair. Jack S. #141215472 was my estimator. Even though the damage was minimal, Jack took great concern. He called everyday to update me. He was wonderful!!! The repair on my car was excellent. I highly recommend Gerber and Jack S.

Our service with Gerber has been above and beyond what we expected in a body shop. Jesse took time and patience to make sure were happy with the work on our Honda Pilot. What we thought to be an inconvenience turned out to be worth the wait. We received out vehicle clean interior and exterior( detailed). Jesse offered more service to us to make sure we were completely, completely satisfied. Thanks a lot to the staff at Gerber for making this and wonderful and happy experience. Thanks again Jesse.
