We could not be more pleased with the service and work provided at the Skokie, IL location. Our estimator, Jason M, was professional, courteous, helpful and detail oriented throughout the process. Jason kept us informed of the progress of the work on our care almost daily. The estimate he provided was spot on. The repairs on our car make it look brand new. We highly recommend Gerber and Jason and will not hesitate to return to this location if either of our cars needs repair in the future. Thanks also to Rachel and Jennifer who were also very professional, friendly, helpful and courteous.

This is the third time Bob S. serviced my car. He is friendly, considerate, customer spending sensitive and very friendly. I accidentally damaged my BMW's door and was afraid it would cost me hundreds, if not thousand. But Bob got it fixed at such a low cost and overnight time that I am completely amazed! Recommend their service without reservation!

Dropped by to get replacement headlight assemblies put in on a 2003 VW. Lenses were all fogged and this seemed to be the best approach. Tim, the manager looked at the headlights and promptly assessed the situation. They buffed out the existing lenses. They looked brand new! Done in minutes. The charge was pizza for the guys which was certainly a fair fee. I was greatly impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and overall friendly manner. Great service. Can't say enough. Thanks Gerber!

I purchased my GMC Acadia in April 2014 and 2 days after I had it a young lady backed up into me. Gerber did a wonderful jog on the car,. 2 weeks after the damage was fixed another person hit my right front leaving a dent that needed to be fixed. After the dent was repaired not a week later someone scratched the same front right side. Gary Wilmoth suggested to try and touch up and buff it out instead of going for the $600 repair. I was hesitant but I am glad I went with Gary's suggestion because it really looks great. All for no cost to me, which was a very nice surprise. Also one extra no cost priceless item Gary also took care off was to remove the jinx or bulls eye on my car which I hope to test in the next couple of weeks.

We have gone the Naperville Gerber for years and always get estimates in a timely manner and repairs ready when promised. When we picked up our daughter's car we were surprised that they had even vacuumed the interior in addition to the repairs looking wonderful.
