The whole staff I worked with was professional, helpful, and courteous. The general manager, Romeo M. was clear on what was to be repaired and helpful. The receptionist at front desk, Lucy, was courteous and helpful on the phone and in person. Ed, another staff member was also aware of my repair needs and was great to work with. The repairs on my car were done in a timely way and looks quality and great! I had a follow-up issue that was handled immediately. Thanks to a good team at Gerber!

I'd like to thank the production manager, Robert B. for is customer care and overall professionalism. My front bumper and side panel had been repaired a year ago at this location, I noticed over the weekend that the bumper was coming apart. I took the car in Tuesday about 1pm, Robert not only honored the warranty agreement that Gerber Collision & Glass state in their agreement when your car is repaired, but he also put a preventive treatment on my side panel to prevent the car from further rusting. My car looks like new. I'm very grateful for that kind of customer care. I've had several repairs at this location in the past 12 years. I have to say, when I left Gerber that afternoon I wanted to bring them a tray of gourmet cookie, something (and I am going to do so); because that made my day. Thank you Robert B.

Gerber was great about updating me weekly on the progress of my car. They even finished my car before the scheduled completion date. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was even able to leave my Enterprise rental at Gerber and they made sure it was returned. Great service!
