I took my company car into the Aurora location this week and I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Jeff S. and Mayra from the time I brought my car in to the time I picked it up. they updated me on the repairs to having it ready on time. I am pleased with the work that they did on the car and will certainly use this shop for all of my future needs. you should acknowledge these two individuals for their hard work and dedication to your organization. thanks again.

I am compelled to give special accolades to Gerber and it's staff for going above and beyond in their level of service. Not only did they provide efficient repairs and easy rental car processing, they worked diligently hand in hand with my insurance company when an additional concern arose regarding my repairs. They took their much valued time to reassess damages and repair my vehicle accordingly. Gerber employees were friendly, helpful and readily available and willing to assist me through each stage of the process. I am thrilled with their service and would highly recommend them in the future. Thank you for all your time and effort.

Zack and all of the employees performed in a professional courteous manner. My car was completed and ready for me to pick up two days earlier than previously promised. My care was repaired perfectly without any flaws whatsoever. I have used Gerber (Collision Revision) several times in the past for my automobile as well as family members' vehicles. I have come to expect precision and have never been disappointed. I will continue to refer family members and friends to Gerber for their auto body needs in the future. Very well done. Management was excellent. Bill is very approachable and likeable. The front desk was very courteous and polite. The service turnaround was great and I can't say enough about the excellent attention and professionalism.

I was in an auto accident, and needed to get a number of estimates. Carie at the front desk was amazing! She was a pleasure to speak to on the phone, very professional, and was able to get me an appointment the very next day. When I came in for the estimate, she was extremely helpful, as was Scott who did my actual estimate. Thank you, Gerber!

I called Gerber and spoke to Jim H. and right away told me to bring in my car and he would look at it. When I took it in I was so embarrassed because of the damage I had done to my car. He told me do not worry I have seen worse and we will fix it up. That made me feel better although I know it was really bad.... Although, I hope not to be back ever....however; if my car needed repairs I would not think twice on where I should send it. I would call Jim and send it to Gerber. I am very happy with everything!

From the minute that I walked in everything went very good . Starting with Laura and then the estimator Ron. I came in on a Monday late afternoon and was able to bring the car in on Thursday morning. Picked up the car on and Monday finished and a beautiful job. Special thanks to the painter.
