Yesterday my windshield was replaced by your technician in my driveway. It was a pleasure to meet your installer; Mr. H. He was proficient, organized and patient. My glass had been previously replaced by an out-of-state glass company. Mr. Heinz took the time to explain the window had been installed slightly askew and against the frame bottom. He would need to be extra careful to remove the broken glass said "don't worry; I have the experience to do it". I asked if I could watch him work, "sure" he said quickly. He proceeded very carefully using an array of tools and techniques to successfully remove the old glass without any damage to my vehicle. I took my car to get ball joints replaced here because I felt another company quoted a price I felt was way out of line. I left my car and walked next door to shop at Target while I waited. They called me in 1 hour to come pick it up and it ended up being less than half the price. It was truly outstanding service by all employees at the location! The technician who worked on it even came out to make sure it drove better. Thanks to all the employees at Gerber in Bourbonnais!

This is my second time and second car that has needed repairs in the last two years and these guys are great! I got updates via text and voice message every 5 or six days and my work was completed 8 days early. Everyone is helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Kudos to Gerber!!

Excellent experience with your Orland Park office. New car badly scratched with bushes. Edgar assessed the damage and tried a little buffing. That didn't work so the painter took the car right away and it looks just like new again :) Excellent work and very nice employees. I highly recommend you.

The Gerber Collision on Huron was recommended to us by our insurance and it's close to our home. Guys did a good job in the time they have promised. Very pleased, b/c they also covered extra work on the bumper- more than few marks from the street parking. During the time my car was in the shop, they informed me of the progress by text messages. Happy to recommend this shop and my wife is planning to use them for glass work. I also think their prices are very competitive for someone's "out of pocket" expense.
