From the time I initially took my car for an estimate to picking it up upon completion, I found my experience with Gerber to be fantastic. Honestly, I was surprised to receive such excellent customer service since one rarely if ever sees that from today's businesses. All those who I came into contact with were informative and professional. They arranged for a car rental agency to pick me up making it even easier for me as the consumer. Their communication regarding the progress on my car was outstanding. Not only did I receive text messages on my cell phone regarding status, I was actually called by an actual human being every couple days to keep me in the loop. This type of communication should be the standard, and I applaud Gerber for making it a priority. Kudos to those who work at Gerber on North University in Peoria. I would like to pass along my appreciation for the Gerber location in Estes in Schaumburg. I had the rear power sliding window replaced on my F150. I dropped the truck off the night before. The work was done the next day. Since the shop closes at 5:30 I left work a half hour early. Wouldn't you know it traffic would be worse that usual. I was going to be late so I called ahead. They waited he extra few minutes for me to arrive. Then as I was reaching for my card I realized that I had lost it. Turns out it fell out of my pocket into my wife's car. She dropped me off and left. After much angush they let me take my truck home. I called first thing the next day to pay over the phone. They made my really bad evening better by being decent.

What a great experience!!!! Text messages to keep me updated. Phone calls kept me in the loop on the progress and any issues that may arise. Vince, Dan, and the whole team made the repairs quickly and accurately. The car looks and runs like new. And then they tell me that all the work they did has a lifetime warranty. So if anything related to the work they did needs to be addressed, they take care of it. Like I said, a really great experience from beginning to end.

The service was amazing! Cory did an excellent job of explaining the process and handling my car well! Other few office assistance like Amanda were really kind and helped answer any questions I had. I couldn't be any more satisfied with my decision of coming to this repair shop!! Thank you all for making my car look beautiful again.

My service was terrfic. My car was thoroughly keyed and dented and everything was fixed ahead of schedule and looked as if my car was never touched. I highly recommend them. Make sure you talk to General Manager Mario. Great guy

100% best service ever!! Super nice when I called to book estimate to picking up the car. They can text you, but also call to let you know updates. They originally told me 4 days, it was done in 1 night! cleaned the car and just super friendly. I was sent there by the other persons insurance company, but would go there on my own from now on!

Brought in my 2006 Lincoln for bumper repairs. The office staff and tech's went out of their way to assist me. The work they did was fantastic. They even detailed the car which made it look better than new. I am very happy with their work and would strongly suggest to anyone if they need body work or glass repair to stop in and see my friends at Gerber for a GREAT estimate.

I was told initially, the bumper replacement would take 4 days, then service manager stated 2 days after inspection. Actually took 1-1/2 days and picked up car again on 2nd day!
