Due to an outside vendor, the last few days Gerber had my car was extended by a couple of days. The Gerber representative, Carlos, and his manager went out of their way to keep me informed. Their commitment to superior customer service is why I will continue to use and recommend Gerber. Carlos, in particular, showed excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a particular commitment to customer service. He was more upset than I was when events did not go exactly as planned. He is an exceptional employee.

Ginda was great with my rear end damage on my car. There were some State Farm issues but he handled them with professionalism. My car was fixed quickly, clean when I picked it up, and Gerber even took back my rental car!
