Fortunately I have very little experience with collision repair. My car was injured without my presence in a garage and they were paying for it. Gerber Collision did an excellent job repairing my auto body damage. They worked directly with State Farm providing the estimate and billing them directly. They keep you updated via text or email of the status of your auto repair at least every other day. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more competent.

My insurance company recommended Gerber to me, after my car had suffered a lot of cosmetic damage in a parking lot mishap. The Gerber staff was patient and helpful, and kept me in the loop as my car was repaired. When I picked up my car, it looked great. The mechanic walked through all of the repairs, explained how the bill had been calculated, and patiently answered my questions. It's been a few weeks, and my car still runs great. I hope I never need such repairs again -- but if I do, I'll call Gerber.
