I had my bumper, grill, and headlamp replaced. Extemely happy with the quick service, I dropped it off Tuesday and picked it up Thursday. Staff is always super sweet and Im constantly recommending this place to everyone.

The team at this location is excellent. From the time I contacted them to the time I picked up my repaired car they were fantastic. Communication regarding the time frame of the repairs was outstanding. The help I received in renting a car for the 34 days my car was in the shop was very helpful. Kudos to Gina and the guys.

Some jerk took my mirror off while my car was parked on the street the other night and it had me feeling down :( But then I dealt with Mandy at Gerber and she was such a joy! The service was impeccable and the new mirror looks great! Quick turnaround! Such an uplifting experience!

I was in an accident in early December. My car had significant damage. Of course, I needed it repaired quickly, properly, and thoroughly at a shop that I felt could be trusted. In addition, I needed help with a rental since I hadn't opted for that coverage in my policy :( Per my insurance company, I learned that the Bourbonnais Gerber shop had a gold star rating from customers and offered 5 days of free car rental. I also learned that they provided a lifetime guarantee on their repairs. I called the shop and spoke to Doug, the General Manager. He was kind, helpful and genuine. Although I hadn't met him in person, I felt I could trust him to do right by me and my car. I am pleased to say that he exceeded my high expectations! He expedited my repair and called me as needed with progress reports. Additionally, the shop sent me progress ... reports via text, very cool! When I took my car on a test drive upon pick up, I noticed a slight problem with the steering. Doug sent my car to the Mitsubishi dealer for additional inspection. The findings were inconclusive, but Doug erred on the side of caution and replaced my front wheel and tire. He made the right decision too! When I picked my car up on New Years Eve and took it for another test drive, the steering was perfect! Doug and his team really went "the extra mile" for me in several ways and I really appreciated it. I was treated like a valued customer and not just another insurance claim. I live near Joliet, so i could have chosen closer repair shops, but Im so glad I didn't. It was worth the tow and follow up trips to Bourbonnais. Would I take my car to them again for repairs in the future? Absolutely! As long as Doug is rhe General Manager there, you can count on excellent treatment and service. Thank you! read more
