IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 10 STARS I WOULD. HASSLE FREE, FRIENDLY SERVICE, AND QUALITY WORK. THEY KEPT ME UPDATED FROM MY DROP OFF DATE UNTIL MY VEHICLE WAS COMPLETED AND READY FOR PICKUP. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GERBER COLLISION & GLASS.

Had to point out couple of things wrong w my car after it was fixed but it was addressed very quickly very attentive shop nice attitudes although I wasnt very pleasant.

I was very pleased with the jobs they had done. The service was outstanding, they were very helpful, and they guide me throughout the process that includes the rental. The most important they finished their jobs three days ahead of schedule. I was very happy to have my vehicle back. Thank you Round Lake Gerber.

Wow, wow, wow!! I can't begin to describe how happy I am with Gerber Collision & Glass. My car was a total wreck and now it looks and feels brand new. Jessica and everyone at Gerber is amazing and they even finished my car a full week early! 5 Stars Rating all the way.

John M. is the manager here. He took the time to explain the entire process and continued to keep us posted. If not John, then Corey would call. to let us know about the progress. They would also send emails with current updates. Danielle on the phone was also very helpful. Everyone here was just great. My wife and I are completely satisfied and we will recommend this location to all our family and friends. Thanks everyone!

No Ins. Co. was involved. I am giving 5 stars because: 1. Reception girls were great - they immediately made me feel at home - It seemed that they were very happy to meet and see me thus making me also happy. 2. The estimator Lucy was equally great. She gave me a feeling as if I am talking with my sister. 3. The work done was equally great, could not have been better. 4. Because I was paying from my pocket, they gave some discount too.

Frank helped me with the repairs on my car, and he has previously assisted with repairs to my car before. He called to update me on the status of my vehicle. He answered any questions I had and they were very fast in getting my car back to me. I definitely like working with them and recommend them. My car was fixed and I had no problems!
